The Krazyhouse

If you’re craving a quiet night, don’t bargain on finding it at The Krazyhouse. For everyone else, Liverpool’s biggest alternative venue promises to be a fun-filled riot. Set across three floors, the colourful nightclub resonates to a procession of rock, indie and dance bangers, the sort of tunes that set hands aloft and feet scurrying to the dancefloor. With two-for-one drinks deals every night of the week, good times are never far away in The Krazyhouse. The Wood Street nightspot serves its common spirits as doubles as a matter of course and doesn’t even bother charging for its mixers. Thanks to the eclectic and electric music policy, it’s possible to have a great night in The Krazyhouse without touching a drop, but when the drink is this cheap and plentiful, why would you want to? The industrial decor gives the club a cavernous feel; one part warehouse to one part fun house, it’s the sort of place where anything feels possible and nothing is quite as it seems. Rock out to the live music in K1 on the first floor, nod along to the indie anthems reverberating through K2 on the second floor and get your groove on to the chart and dance being spun by DJs on the third floor.

Good music, cheap drinks, not too busy. Good if you like heavy metal/rock/alternative. Otherwise, maybe not for you.
